Smart Jira Configuration Project Global Actions description

In this section we can see the list of all the global actions of the project. A global action is the one corresponding to a project permission on the project permission scheme.

For each permission we can see:

• Action: Is the name of the action. An example is ADD COMMENTS action.

• Description: Is the description of the action.

• Actors: The list of roles, application access, groups or users with permission to execute this action.

• Input/Output: The information needed to execute the action. In the example of the ADD COMMENT action we need to enter a comment text. In the BROWSE PROJECT action the output is the list of the fields that we can see for each project issue type

• Notifications: The list of roles, application access, groups or users that will be receive a notification when the action is executed
