Smart Jira Configuration Project Workflow Actions description

In this section we can see the list of all the workflow actions of the project.

For each issue type we can see:

  • Name: Is the name of the issue type.

  • Workflow name: Is the name of the workflow.

  • Workflow diagram: Is the diagram of the workflow.

  • Actions: The list of the workflow actions. For each action we can see:

    • Action: Is the name of the action. An example is Create action.

    • Description: Is the description of the action.

    • Actors: The list of roles, application access, groups or users with permission to execute this action. This actors are corresponding with the TRANSITION ISSUES global action.

    • Origin Status: Is the origin status of the action. It maybe empty, maybe is a global transition or maybe is a status.

    • Destination Status: Is the destination status of the action. It maybe is a global transition to itself or maybe is to a status..

    • Input: The list of the screen fields.

    • Conditions: The list of the action conditions.

    • Validations: The list of the action validations.

    • Postfunctions: The list of the action postfunctions.

    • Notifications: The list of roles, application access, groups or users that will be receive a notification when the action is executed.
