Symptoms

Gantt Report shows Red bars on uncomplete tickets with end date after today.

The following appears in the gadget:

 

Cause

This error was caused due to a bug on Gadget Utilities for JIRA versions prior to 4.2.8.

All of the following conditions must be met to reproduce the error:

  • The progress of a ticket is less than 100%

  • The year of the end dateof the ticket is greater than today's year

  • The month of the end date is less than today's month

Work-around

Upgrade Gadget Utilities for JIRA to version 4.2.8
